Your Attention, Please!

Last Friday (July 18) it was brought to our attention that the TJEdRefers generally to the concepts presented in the book A Thomas Jefferson Education, written by Dr. Oliver Van DeMille. Locator service on this site was not functioning correctly for some users. As we looked into the problem further, we found that most new users who signed up in the past several months were unable to search for other users at all. We were horrified! We spent the weekend tracking down and fixing the problems with the Locator, and it appears that everything is now working as it should.

With that said, we would first like to apologize for any frustration we inadvertently caused to any of our users. We had no idea there was a problem, or we would have fixed it immediately. We're truly embarrassed that so many TJEd'ers were unable to use the Locator as advertised.

Secondly, if you ever run into a problem with anything on this site, we'd like to hear about it. We've added a link at the bottom of the Locator main page, or you can click the Contact Us link under Consortium, in the main menu at the top of each page. We really want everything to work correctly for you, and we always appreciate any feedback you can give us.

Lastly, please visit the Locator using the Find Others link at the top of the page, and make sure that it works correctly for you. If you need to make changes to your contact information, you can do so by clicking the My account link to the left, then clicking the Edit tab near the center of the page, and then the Contact information button right below the Edit tab.
